CONSUMER OBLIGATIONS

In case of unjustified withdrawal of the consumer, the product must be returned to its original condition (excluding the necessary management to determine the nature, function and characteristics of the product), the packaging in which it was received and all the documents (DAT) , retail receipt, etc.) that accompanied it.

Those users who make purchases and sales through our online store have the right to withdraw, without the obligation to justify this action, from the purchase within 14 days from the receipt of their order accompanied by the withdrawal form.

In any case, the products must be returned by the customer in exactly the same condition in which he received them and is borne by the return costs.

You can send the withdrawal form electronically to info@donna.com.gr and by post to the address Vironos 22, Trikala, Greece PC. 42100. Your refund will be made within 14 working days from the approval of your withdrawal request.
